We look after patient suffering from life limiting illness and our team do a holistic assessment and management.
We do home visit on an when required basis for patient who request us and has been chronically ill and who cannot come to hospital. Our team of doctors, nurse and social worker make a visit, patient is assessed and given care as required.
We also provide tele consultation on as required basis for our follow up patient. Advise and help regarding disease management and information required related to illnesses are provided over phone
